Accessing Documents
View, Print, Download or email your important Documents with ease from G2Mint.
Access your Bill of Lading, Carrier Quote Confirmation, or Carrier Rate Confirmation in one of two convenient ways.
00:00: This article explains how to view, save, print or email a Bill Of Lading, Client Quote
00:05: Con, or Rate Confirmation.
00:08: In the Manage tab, click "Shipments" to view all shipment records.
00:13: Click the desired "check-box" to choose a specific shipment from the grid.
00:18: Click the Print icon. From here,
00:20: you may View, Print or Download any of your documents.
00:25: Select the check-box for Shipments to email.
00:27: You may select one Shipment, or multiple. Select the email icon.
00:32: Enter the "to address" on the email and confirm the appropriate message.
00:36: Click "Send" to transmit the shipment documents.
00:40: These same Documents are also available from within the Rate Drawer.
00:44: Click "Rate Quotes" inside the Shipment details to access the Rate Drawer..
00:49: Click "Select row" to choose a rate quote from the list.
00:53: Click here to access additional options for the rate quote.
00:57: Click here to close the Rate Drawer.
