Commission Agreements offer a structured solution for a complex yet vital area of the business. G2Mint streamlines any commission scenario you may encounter, automating the process and significantly reducing the time spent on manual calculations. We provide customizable templates that can be assigned to specific accounts or agents, accommodating various commission methods such as percentage-based, fixed dollar amounts, revenue-based, activity-based, and Trickle-Down commission plans. Additionally, you can establish payment terms that suit your needs, whether weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. Our application enhances transparency and efficiency in managing financial compensation for all stakeholders in the transportation process, including brokers, co-brokers, agents, and other involved parties. You can save and reuse commission templates when setting up new agreements and easily link them to existing templates during the process.

Commission Agreement Validation provides a Plan Summary as well offering the ability to update a Status of the contract.


How to create a Commission Agreement:

This guide will review the process to create a commission agreement within the G2Mint application

1. Click "Agreement" then "Commission"

Navigate to the commission tab by first clicking on the Agreement header.
Click 'Agreement' then 'Commission'

2. Click "Create New" then "Commission Agreement"

Select the commission agreement option by first clicking on "Create New" in the top right hand corner of the application.
Click 'Create New' then 'Commission Agreement'

3. Enter all required information, then click "Next"

Enter all required information, including the agreement name, effective date, owning account, and the trigger for the commission. In this case, we will select the client invoice status moving to approved as our trigger. Click next once you have entered all of the information.

4. Click "Rate Tiers"

Access the rate tiers section.
Click 'Rate Tiers'

5. Create your rate plan, then click "Next"

Enter the rate plan information including the account you would like this commission plan applied to, the charge type, and the commission amount. You can then assign this commission amount to your specific agents.
Create your rate plan, then click 'Next'

6. Click "Save"

Save the commission agreement.
Click 'Save'
