The current market lacks standalone Rate Engine services capable of calculating comprehensive transportation agreements, including freight, commissions, allowances, and compliance violations, while providing API Freight Rating for brokers, shippers, and carriers. Today's Transportation Management Systems (TMS) are often rendered ineffective due to their legacy, monolithic technology stacks. Consignee receives a predetermined or dynamic allowance from their supplier for managing and settling the freight picked up by consignee carriers. The difference between the carrier rate and the supplier allowance is profit. Allowances are calculated, integrated into ERP, and deducted from supplier invoices based on PO.

  • Violation Rating: Vendor Compliance

Shippers can input detailed routing guides for their vendors (suppliers and carriers) to ensure adherence, including violation charges for non-compliant parties. Each recorded violation is linked to the relevant PO/PRO and integrated into the ERP system for deduction from the vendor invoice.

  • Services Rating: 3PL Management 

This feature facilitates the management of a customer's operations, sourcing, and settlement, including invoicing based on transaction, resource, fixed rate, time, or volume. Brokers are empowered to expand beyond standard buy-sell transactions by offering 3PL services.
