G2M-3613: Add Dispatched Status to UI and Status dropdowns
New "Dispatched" Status for Shipments & Loads
We have introduced a new "Dispatched" status for Shipments and Loads. This new status fits between "Booked" and "Picked Up," allowing you to manually flag when a driver has been formally dispatched for pickup. This status can be used as an indicator that things are on track and does not require attention.
Key Features:
  • New Status Option: You will now see "Dispatched" as a selectable status on the Shipment, Load, and Dispatch grids. (Note: Shipments can only be placed in this status manually, as this is not a status supported by carrier tracking updates.)
  • Automatic Timestamp: When manually updating a shipment to "Dispatched," a new option allows you to automatically populate the Dispatched Date and Time on the first stop, saving you a manual data entry step.
As the shipment progresses, subsequent statuses like "Picked Up" or "In Transit" will automatically overwrite the "Dispatched" status.
G2M-3572: Quotes/Loads - Add Quick Actions - Status Update
Added Quick Actions to the Quotes and Loads Grid:
To enhance efficiency and ensure workflow consistency, we introduced the Quick Actions feature with a Status Update option on the Quotes and Loads grids.
You can now manually update a Load or Quote status directly from the main view without opening the record. This improvement increases consistency across the platform and can help reduce clicks in your daily workflow.
Note: Updating a load status via the Quick Actions feature will not update the individual shipments statuses associated to the load. Best practice would be to update the individual stops via the Tracking tab in order for the associated shipments to properly update. There is future planned work around continued enhancements to this functionality.
 G2M-3711-Enable 210 Invoice Integration Mapping
Automated EDI 210 Carrier Bill Processing:

We are thrilled to introduce a powerful new feature that automates the entire lifecycle of carrier freight bills. The G2Mint platform is now enabled to receive and process EDI 210 carrier bills, streamlining your accounts payable and audit processes.

What's New?

This update allows G2Mint shippers and brokers to automatically receive carrier bills directly into the system, eliminating the need for manual entry and data processing.

Our new workflow will:

Receive & Map: Seamlessly accept and properly map EDI 210 carrier bill data.

Auto-Match: Intelligently match the incoming bill to the corresponding shipment in the G2Mint platform.

Audit & Identify Exceptions: Automatically conduct a comprehensive audit, comparing the carrier bill against the expected cost and flagging any discrepancies for review.

This enhancement is designed to significantly reduce administrative overhead, improve accuracy, and provide immediate visibility into billing exceptions.

If you have any questions or would like to get started with this new feature, please contact our support team for assistance.
G2M-3567-Enhance Rate Engine for Location Specific Rating
For customers leveraging the Rate Engine API:
Enhanced Rating with Minimal Location Information:
You can now get a rate quote by providing just a Location Code in your request! This enhancement makes the rating engine more flexible and forgiving, eliminating the need to pass full, perfectly formatted address details.
G2M-2428-Enable MCP as a 3rd Party Plug In
Announcing Our New MyCarrierPortal Integration!

We are excited to announce a significant update enabling the integration of MyCarrierPortal (MCP) as an available 3rd-Party Plug-in. This introduces powerful new tools that will allow our customers to connect their MCP account with G2Mint seamlessly. The integration focuses on streamlining carrier onboarding, improving risk management, and ensuring data accuracy.

Key Features:

One-Click MyCarrierPortal (MCP) Carrier Sync* Onboarding carriers from MyCarrierPortal is now easier than ever. A new “Sync” button has been added to the MCP Plugin page. With a single click, the system will automatically fetch your entire list of carriers from MCP and import their detailed data into the system, saving significant time on manual setup.

"Do Not Assign" for Unapproved Carriers You can now immediately block unapproved carriers from being assigned to shipments.  A new “Do Not Assign” checkbox on the Carrier record, when set to true, will disable the tender button for all rates associated with that carrier. This provides a critical safeguard to prevent dispatch to non-compliant or unapproved partners.

At-a-Glance Carrier Risk Indicator To help you make more informed decisions, we have added a carrier risk assessment indicator directly to the Rate Return grid. This visual score will appear on both the "Rated" and "Spot Options" tabs, giving you immediate visibility into a carrier's overall risk profile when selecting a rate.

Automated Factoring Company Setup when creating a carrier account that utilizes a factoring company, the system will now automatically configure the factor's account and active remit-to location as the alternative remit-to on the carrier's profile. This streamlines the financial setup process and ensures payment accuracy.
*Note: This enhancements represents our MVP launch of the MCP integration. Additional enhancements in progress will provide a "one-time" sync from the MCP plug-in page, allowing the system to automatically fetch your carrier list in MCP.  Additionally, our next release will include connectivity to the MCP webhook, allowing carrier to remain in sync as carrier changes happen in the MCP system.
G2M-3527: Enhancements to Manually Generated Rates
This introduces the ability to automatically pull in tracking updates on a shipment created and awarded to a manual rate (a rate not generated via Web services or a carrier bid from the portal). Upon awarding a shipment to a rate that was manually generated, the system will look for an active Web Services agreement for that carrier to ensure tracking and document retrieval is automated for that shipment.

Bug Fixes

Your feedback helps us make G2Mint more stable and reliable. We've addressed the following issues in this release:

Ticket ID
Release Note
G2M-3699: Account Not Displaying in Shipment Grid for New Shipments from Templates
This fix ensures the Account Name displays properly on the Manage Shipments grid. Previously, when a template was used to create a shipment there were some account names not appearing on the grid and they were only viewable within the Shipment detail screen.
G2M-3727: Addressed issue with re-rating a Load
This ticket addresses an issue that was occurring when a load was re-rated within the platform. The re-rate functionality now works as expected, consistently returning accurate rates without error.
G2M-3693: Carrier Rate Confirmation Improvements
This ensures the Carrier Rate Confirmation signature line shows the broker’s name instead of the shipper's name when a broker manages the shipment.
