Release Notes

G2M-3288: Enhancement for Estimated Class logic

This enhancement provides users to be aware of Estimated Class BEFORE they click "Ship It" button. Previously, estimated Class was being calculated, but was unable to be viewed until AFTER clicking "Ship It."

Key Points:

  • This logic will only take place if HU dimensions and Commodity weight is input.

  • If the class entered doesn't match the estimated class, based on the current density class table, the class input field will appear in yellow.

  • The User can now click the button to switch the Class to the suggested estimated class if desired.

G2M-3963: Freight Agreement Enhancements

We have updated the logic for Owning Accounts on Freight Agreements to provide more flexibility and accuracy in financial documentation. Brokers can now add and manage agreements owned by their clients.  This change ensures that the "Bill To" details on awarded shipments correctly reflect the specific account responsible for the agreement.

Key points:

  • Expanded Owning Account Visibility: You can now view and manage the Owning Account field directly on Freight Agreements (screenshot below). Previously, only agreements owned by the licensed account logged in was allowed.

  • Dynamic Bill To Updates: * When a shipment is awarded, the system automatically updates the Bill To address based on the owning account of the agreement for the rate selected (internal licensed account or external client account)

    • The system will automatically pull the Financial Contact and Address associated with the Owning Account.

Upon entering a new agreement or editing an existing agreement, you can now choose an owning account. This field will list you as the Broker or Shipper and any of your customer accounts setup on the account.

G2M-3281:  Home View - Add default quick nav tiles

We’ve transformed the Quick Nav view into a functional home screen for new users to ensure a seamless first-day experience.

  1. Goodbye, Blank Screens: Replaced the empty state with an engaging introductory video to clarify that the page is active and ready. You can still customize this the way you like and create your own views!

  2. Persona-Based Navigation: New users will now see Quick Nav Tiles tailored to their specific roles, providing immediate shortcuts to their most important tasks.

  3. Reduced Friction: These updates eliminate confusion for first-time users, guiding them into the application's core features from the moment they log in.

G2M-3942: Adding Tags to Shipments and Loads

Flexible Tagging & Filtering: We’ve introduced the ability to customize and add your own tags to shipments loads. This is designed to help you categorize, organize, and find your data faster. You can now manage custom labels directly within the UI.

Key Enhancements
Direct Tagging: Add multiple tags to any BOL directly from the Overview page for Quotes, Shipments, Loads, Dispatches, and Tracking.

Enhanced Grids: View tags at a glance in your BOL grids. If a record has several tags, an overflow count keeps the view clean while showing you exactly how many are applied.

Search & Sort: Fully filterable and sortable grid columns allow you to isolate specific tagged groups in seconds.
