G2Mint Release Notes: March 2nd 2026

Version: 26.04

What's New in This Release?

We're excited to announce the latest updates to G2Mint designed to enhance your experience and provide you with even more value. This release includes a range of new features, improvements, and bug fixes that address your feedback and our ongoing commitment to innovation.

New Features

G2M-3168 User Specific Views and Home View - Sharing and Page Customization

This update introduces collaborative views and more granular control over your Home Page layout. You can now share Custom Views (on any grid) and Custom Home Views with other users. Whether it’s a pre-filtered data set or a curated dashboard, getting your team on the same page is now just a click away.

Feature Highlights:

  • Expanded Access to the home tab for Shipper Guest: Shipper Guest users now have full access to Home Views, allowing them or their brokers to customize a Home View for their specific needs.

  • Flexible Tile Organization: No more static layouts. Owners can now update the order and location of tiles on a Home View after it has been created. If you want all your financial tiles in a single row, you can now drag and drop them in the same row or column.

  • Read-Only Sharing: Shared views are read-only for recipients to ensure data integrity. Only the owner of a view can make changes.

  • Individual Defaults: Setting a shared view as your "Default" won’t affect anyone else’s settings.

Managing Access:

From the Home Screen:  Click into each view on the home screen and select the 3 dots on the right side of the tab and click 'Edit' to share the view Or click Re-arrange to adjust the order of your tiles.

From one of the Grids: Your custom views (saved grid filters) created in each grid can also be shared. While in the edit mode of any saved views within the grid, you will see the 'Share with' field to share with users.

G2M-4006: Invoice Automation for Brokers

G2Mint is excited to introduce Invoice Automation, a powerful new tool designed to accelerate your billing cycle and eliminate manual administrative tasks. Brokers can now define custom business rules to automatically approve and distribute invoices or consolidated statements to their customers.

Key Benefits

  • Minimize Manual Intervention: Reduce the time spent manually reviewing, approving, and emailing individual invoices.

  • Faster Cash Flow: Ensure invoices are sent the moment your specific business requirements are met, leading to quicker payments.

  • Customizable Precision: Maintain full control by setting unique automation rules at either a global level or for specific high-touch customers.

  • Improved Accuracy: Ensure all required documentation (like PODs or signed BOLs) is present and verified before an invoice is ever generated.

  • Protect Margin thresholds: Set a minimum threshold margin that allows you to flag any invoice that does not meet your desired margin prior to being sent to a customer.

Feature Highlights

  • Smart Triggers: Define the exact conditions required for an invoice to be marked "Approved," including transport mode, shipment status (e.g., In-Transit), and the presence of mandatory documents.

  • Flexible Processing: Choose how your customers receive their bills—whether as individual invoices per shipment or as a single, consolidated statement.

  • Scheduled Distribution: Set your preferred frequency (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly) and let the system handle the delivery at 12:01 AM on your scheduled days.

  • Document Auto-Attachment: Automatically bundle required paperwork (PODs/BOLs) with the outgoing invoice email to provide customers with everything they need for immediate payment.

  • Status Transparency:  Easily monitor the lifecycle of every invoice. The system automatically updates records from Ready for Invoicing to Processed, providing a clear audit trail for your brokerage.
