    G2M-4121: New G2Mint CRM – Add-On

We’re introducing the G2Mint CRM Add-On, giving teams basic CRM features that provide more visibility and control over account activity directly within the platform.

    Why this matters:
The G2Mint CRM Add-On brings lightweight CRM functionality directly into your workflow, reducing the need for external tools, improving team collaboration, and helping you better manage and grow customer relationships.

    Key Features:

    • New CRM Activity Tab: When enabled, a new tab appears on all Accounts in the Engage section, centralizing key customer interactions in one place.
    • Notes & Tasks Management: Easily create, track, and manage notes and tasks tied to each account, helping teams stay organized and aligned.
    • Enhanced Account Insights: New fields like Stage, Revenue, and Last Activity provide a clearer picture of account progress and potential value.
    • Activity Timeline: View recent activity in a single stream, combining notes and tasks with timestamps, ownership, and status updates.
    • Search & Sort: Quickly find what you need with search functionality and sorting options (newest to oldest or vice versa).
    • Improved Visibility & Collaboration: See who created activities, track updates, and manage tasks with priorities, assignments, and attachments.
    • Customizable Workflows: Configure stage values and task statuses to align with your team’s specific processes.

G2M-4408 Rate/Quote Confirmation - Allow printing without Awarded BOL

We’ve updated the document generation logic to allow for greater flexibility during the bidding and quoting process.  You can now print Quote Confirmations and Rate Confirmations even if a carrier has not been awarded.

To generate these documents prior to awarding, simply select at least one rate in the Rate Draw screen then choose your document.  The document will automatically populate using the details from your selection.

Previously, the system prevented printing Quote or Rate Confirmations if a shipment had not yet been moved to "Awarded" status. This update removes that restriction to better support pre-award workflows.

This change allows users to send potential rates to clients or carriers for review and confirmation earlier in the lifecycle, streamlining communication and speeding up the final awarding process.

    G2M-4218 New "Blind Shipment" Functionality

This feature is designed for scenarios where a broker or shipper needs to hide the true source or destination of a shipment—such as a direct-from-supplier order—while maintaining accurate backend data.

    • Custom Address Aliases: You can now add an Alias Name and address detail within the Address UI.

    • Visual Indicators: A new indicator has been added to the Stop section to clearly identify when a stop is marked as "Blind."

    • Automatic Accessorials: When a blind shipment is selected, the system will automatically add the corresponding accessorial to the Bill of Lading (BOL).

    • Document Masking: The BOL will now display the Alias name and address instead of the actual pickup or delivery location.

Users can either save an Alias address directly within an address record or enter it on the fly while building a shipment. To do this, click the address book icon in the address field. From there, select **Blind Shipment**, and the Alias address will be automatically applied to the Bill of Lading (BOL) documentation.

G2M-4301: Invoice Emails Now Include CSV Attachments & Export Option
We’ve expanded customer invoice delivery options to give you more flexibility and you and your customers better access to the data.

    • CSV + PDF Attachments: Invoice emails now include both the standard PDF and a CSV file, making it easier to review and work with invoice data outside the platform.

    • Data-Friendly Format: The CSV provides a structured, spreadsheet-ready view of invoice details for quick analysis, reporting, or sharing.

    • Export On Demand: Users can also download the same CSV directly from the invoice screen whenever needed.

G2M-4353: Rate Return – Owning Account Visibility for Broker & Marketplace Rates
We’ve added greater transparency to rate results by introducing a new Owning Account field in the Rate Return view.

    • New “Owning Account” Field: Easily see who owns the rate or agreement directly within the rate drawer.

    • Improved Clarity for Broker Rates: For marketplace and broker rates (including Tai/TQL), the system now displays the broker name returned in the rate response.

    • Support for Non-Broker Rates: For standard webservice or custom rates, the owning account reflects the agreement owner.

      Why this matters:

This update removes guesswork when reviewing rates by clearly identifying who owns each rate or agreement. It helps both brokers and shippers make faster, more informed decisions, especially when working across multiple partners or marketplaces

G2M-4192: Multi-Variable Accessorial – Storage (CuFt per Day)

We’ve introduced enhanced rating capabilities for storage accessorials, allowing for more accurate and flexible pricing based on both volume and time.

    • Multi-Variable Rating: Storage charges can now be calculated using two variables, cubic feet (CuFt) and days in storage, for more precise cost modeling.

    • New Accessorial Type: Added “Storage by Volume” with tiered pricing based on shipment size and duration.

    • Support for Complex Pricing Rules: Easily configure tiered rates, minimum daily charges, and scenarios like free first day storage.

    • Accurate Volume-Based Pricing: Automatically calculates storage costs using shipment dimensions, ensuring charges reflect actual space used.

    • Built-In Error Handling: If shipment dimensions are missing, the system will notify users to ensure accurate rating.

    Why this matters:
This update allows you to better match real-world carrier pricing, by accounting for both how much space freight takes up and how long it’s stored. The result is more accurate quoting, fewer billing discrepancies, and improved cost control.

    Carrier Related Enhancements and Improvements:

Other Webservice Enhancements or Fixes in this release:
    • Ward Trucking Tracking API enabled
    • TForce Tracking API enabled
    • Estes Logistics Limited Access accessorial created (with multiple categories supported)
