Here's everything it can do: - **New — Works in Outlook on the web.** Install the G2Mint Mail Intake extension in Chrome or Edge and use it right inside Outlook in your browser. The **Outlook desktop app** version is coming soon, with an estimated release in 3–7 business days, as soon as Microsoft publishes it in their Add-ins store. - **New — Send documents on the thread.** When a customer or carrier asks for paperwork, Miles finds the shipment so you can reply with a fresh BOL, Quote Confirmation, Carrier Rate Confirmation, or handling unit labels, or any document already on the shipment such as a signed confirmation, invoice, POD, W&I, or images. - **New — Reply to tracking requests.** Miles suggests "Send Tracking Updates" and loads the shipment's tracking link so you can send it straight to the thread. - **New — Add status updates.** Update a shipment's status from the extension's Tracking Events tab. - **Quote and book from an email.** Miles reads the request, builds the quote or shipment, and adds your rates right into the reply. - **Create freight bills from carrier emails (Gmail).** Miles hands you a bill that is already filled in, and the carrier's invoice is saved to that bill's documents automatically. - **Receive documents (Gmail).** Save paperwork your carriers and customers email you to the right shipment. **Get started:** See [Getting Started with the G2Mint Mail Intake Extension (Gmail & Outlook)](https://help.g2mint.com/en/g2mint-user-guide/g2mint-mail-intake-extension-getting-started?hsLang=en) for install links and setup steps. ![G2Mint Mail Intake extension listing in the Microsoft Edge Add-ons store](https://help.g2mint.com/hubfs/release-notes-26-19-edge-mail-intake.png) ### Bill Audit — Know Whose Freight You're Auditing (G2M-5546) The Expected Cost panel now shows the client for the shipment, so you can confirm who you're auditing for without leaving the screen. - "Client" appears below Remit to Account and Bill to Account on both the Bill Audit and Expected Cost screens. - Long names are shortened, and you can hover to see the full name. ![Client field on the Expected Cost panel of the Bill Audit screen](https://help.g2mint.com/hubfs/release-notes-26-19-bill-audit-client.png) ### Shipment Overview — Origin and Destination Terminals at Your Fingertips (G2M-4649) If you use SMC3 CarrierConnect, the Overview tab now shows the awarded carrier's origin and destination terminals. You no longer have to look them up separately. - Each terminal includes its name, full address, and phone number. - To access, expand the awarded carrier's section on the Overview tab. - **Note:** Your SMC3 account must first be connected in the Plugins section. ![Origin and destination terminal details in the carrier section of the Overview tab](https://help.g2mint.com/hubfs/release-notes-26-19-smc3-terminals.png) ### Trip Sheets — Every Stop on One Cover Page (G2M-1983) Multi-stop loads can now print with a trip sheet cover page, so drivers and dispatchers see every stop, date, and time window in one place. - **Optional cover sheet.** Turn on "Attach Trip Sheet for multistops" and the trip sheet is added to the front of the Master BOL for any load with more than two stops. - **Stop dates and times.** Each stop shows its date and appointment window, in the same format as your Rate Confirmation. - **Default templates.** You can now mark a default template for Carrier Rate Confirmations and Quote Confirmations, just like Receivables. - To access, click your profile in the top right, then select Default Settings \> Documents. ![Sample trip sheet cover page listing every stop with dates, handling units, and weights](https://help.g2mint.com/hubfs/release-notes-26-19-trip-sheet.png) ### Invoicing — Send Invoices Your Way: Combined or One per Email (G2M-5501) Automated invoicing now lets you choose how invoices are delivered: all due invoices together in one email, or each invoice in its own email. You can match what works best for you or for each customer. - **Combined (toggle off):** every invoice due on a run goes out together in one email, as it does today. - **One per email (toggle on):** each invoice goes out in its own email on the same schedule. This is ideal for customers whose accounts payable teams or AI tools process one invoice at a time. - **Set it your way.** Choose a company-wide default, then override it for any customer who prefers the other option. The setting applies to both scheduled and manual sends. - To access, click your profile in the top right, then select Default Settings \> Finance | Invoicing \> Processing. ![Single Invoice Per Email toggle in Default Settings, Finance Invoicing, Processing](https://help.g2mint.com/hubfs/release-notes-26-19-single-invoice-per-email.png) ### Roles & Permissions — Control Exactly Which Accounts Each Role Sees (G2M-4836) You can now give each role access to specific account types, so each user sees only the accounts that are relevant to them. - Choose from Broker, Shipper Client, Shipper Vendor, Carrier, and Payment Provider accounts on the role's Data tab. - Control which account tabs a role can open, such as Locations, Contacts, Agreements, Settings, and CRM. - New permissions for Waterfall Tendering and the Dock Scheduler. ### QuickBooks — Choose the Document Number That Works for You (G2M-5515) You can now choose which reference becomes the document number on bills and invoices in QuickBooks, so they match the way your accounting team searches. - **Bills:** Bill Number (default), BOL Number, BOL Name, Payable Name, or a reference. - **Invoices:** Invoice Number (default), BOL Number, BOL Name, Invoice Name, or a reference. - If two records would share a number, a short suffix is added automatically so both sync. ### Canadian Currency — Rate and Settle in CAD (G2M-5219) Freight, fuel, accessorial, and markup agreements can now be set up in Canadian dollars, and every rate clearly shows its currency. - CAD amounts are labelled throughout the app, and the rate drawer has a new "Currency" column. - Fuel and accessorial tables are filtered to match the freight agreement's currency. - Currency is returned on every rate in the G2Mint API and shown on Payables, Invoices, Receivables, and Expected Expense, including exports. **Carrier Related Enhancements and Improvements** We've made the following carrier web service enhancements in this release: **FedEx (G2M-5708, G2M-5709)** — If you request FedEx labels as PNG, each package's label is now saved to the shipment's Documents as its own image, next to the combined PDF. Labels are sized to your label stock, so they print at 4x6 (or whichever stock you've chosen) without adjusting your printer settings. **Central Transport (G2M-5754)** — When Central Transport can't service a lane, the rate grid now shows Central's own explanation instead of a price, so every quote you see is one you can book. **We've Made the Following Improvements in This Release** ### Multi-Trip Loads — See at a Glance When a Load Is Booked as a Single Trip (G2M-5396) A multi-trip load is a load that uses more than one carrier, with each carrier handling its own trip. If you decide to book the whole load with one carrier as a single trip instead, the Loads grid now shows the load as booked, so you know exactly where it stands. - The individual trips are cancelled automatically, which keeps your grid clean. - A new "BOL Type" column shows whether each row is a Load or a Shipment. ### Multi-Trip Loads — Costs and Charges Right Where You Expect Them (G2M-5423) On a multi-trip load (a load that uses more than one carrier), each carrier's cost now sits on its own trip and the customer charge stays on the shipment. That way you always know what you're paying each carrier and what you're billing your customer. - As each additional trip is booked, the shipment's charge updates. If it has already been invoiced, a supplemental charge is created instead. - **Invoice at Highest Level.** Check this to bill loads and trips that carry several shipments once, at the load or trip level, instead of on each shipment. - To access, click your profile in the top right, then select Default Settings \> Finance | Invoicing \> Processing. ![Invoice at Highest Level setting in Default Settings, Finance Invoicing, Processing](https://help.g2mint.com/hubfs/release-notes-26-19-invoice-at-highest-level.png) ### Marketplace — Carrier Logos on Marketplace Rates (G2M-5443) Marketplace rates display the logo of the carrier hauling the freight in your rate results and on the Overview tab, and BOLs booked through the marketplace print without a logo. ### Clone Shipments — Copies Start Ready to Book (G2M-5389) Cloning a shipment copies the shipment details only. Booking-specific fields such as booking agent, internal resources, driver details, PRO #, carrier confirmation #, and tracking information are left for the new booking. ### Templates — Every Saved Template, Every Time (G2M-4755) The template list in the Shipment, Load, and Quote builders now shows every template saved for your account, so your team can always find the one they need. ![Template field in the builder showing the list of saved templates, with View All and Create New](https://help.g2mint.com/hubfs/release-notes-26-19-templates.png) ### Shipper Guest Rates — Lowest Price First (G2M-5427) Shipper guest users now see their rate options sorted by their price, lowest first, so the best option for them is always at the top.
