This release includes a range of new features, improvements, and bug fixes that address your feedback and our ongoing commitment to innovation. | ##### **Ticket ID** | ##### **Release Note** | | --- | --- | | ##### **G2M-2998: New Tracking Page** | ##### **Introducing the New “Track” Page** ##### We've launched a new page to make tracking your shipments and loads easier than ever! The new Track page serves as your central hub for monitoring the status of all your deliveries. ##### This page provides the same great features you're used to in the Manage and Dispatch sections, but is specifically designed for quick and efficient tracking. You can now easily see and track the real-time status of your shipments and loads all in one place. Prior to this, users had to view loads and single shipments in two different areas of the application. ##### ![](https://help.g2mint.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-4.png?width=1830&height=510&name=undefined-4.png) ##### **Key Considerations:** - ##### Any shipment or load assigned to a carrier will appear in this grid. - ##### Individual shipments assigned to a Load will not appear in this grid as the tracking must be done at the load level. - ##### Tracking icon added to each row, allowing for one click into the tracking page. - ##### A new 'BOL Type' column has been added to differentiate loads from shipments. | | ##### G2M-3477 Views/Home Page-User Specific | We have transitioned from a shared view model to an individualized, user-centric approach to resolve inconsistencies in view rendering caused by conflicting backend logic. With this update, each user now has the ability to create, manage, and personalize their own custom views, ensuring a workspace that aligns precisely with individual workflows without impacting others across the organization. Please note, if your team previously relied on shared organizational views, each user will now need to recreate those views within their personal home page. This change was necessary to ensure consistent and reliable performance of custom views going forward. **Looking Ahead: Shared View Functionality** We are actively developing a "Share View" capability, which will empower users to selectively share custom views with colleagues, supporting collaboration while preserving user-specific configurations. Additional information and a preview of this feature will be provided in an upcoming release. | **Carrier Connections: Enhancements and Improvements** | ##### **Ticket ID** | ##### **Release Note** | | --- | --- | | ##### **G2M-3556: Enhance Tracking automation -Tracking enabled by BOL/Pickup number** | **Enhanced Automated Shipment Tracking** This update significantly enhances our application's automated tracking capabilities. Previously, tracking was limited to shipments that were awarded with a PRO number. G2Mint has now expanded this logic to initiate tracking for **all awarded shipments**. If a PRO number is not immediately available, the system will intelligently use secondary and tertiary reference numbers based on carrier-specific configurations to establish tracking and retrieve the PRO. By proactively tracking all awarded shipments using a wider range of reference numbers, we can reduce manual intervention, improve data accuracy, and ensure our customers and internal teams have the most up-to-date information as soon as it's available. ![](https://help.g2mint.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-07-2025-01-20-14-3344-PM.png?width=670&height=331&name=image-png-Oct-07-2025-01-20-14-3344-PM.png) **How It Works** 1. **Prioritized Tracking:** The system will always attempt to track using a **PRO number** if one exists on the shipment. 2. **Fallback Logic:** If no PRO number is found, the system will automatically query the carrier using the designated secondary numbers available on the shipment (e.g., Pickup Confirmation, or BOL number) or  alternate reference numbers such as a purchase order (dependent on the carrier). 3. **PRO Number Population:** Once a fallback query successfully returns a PRO number, it will be automatically saved to the shipment record. 4. **Optimized Future Tracking:** All subsequent tracking requests for that shipment will automatically use the newly acquired PRO number, ensuring the most reliable tracking method is used going forward. This feature requires no action from users and will automatically apply to all new shipments moving forward. | | ##### 210 - Map Additional Reference Information (PO, SO etc) | Enhanced carrier invoice EDI mapping now includes support for Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) reference numbers. For organizations utilizing our carrier invoice integration, this enables precise alignment between shipment and billing records, providing greater transparency and control throughout your financial reconciliation processes. | ### **Bug Fixes** Your feedback helps us make G2Mint more stable and reliable. We've addressed the following issues in this release: | ##### **Ticket ID** | ##### **Release Note** | | --- | --- | | ##### **G2M-3773:** When emailing the documents from the application-some users reporting issues opening the attachment | Improved compatibility of emailed attachments to ensure they can be opened by all major email clients. | | ##### G2M-3692: Backend and frontend agreement query for clients matches | This update refines how the rate drawer manages client-specific and blanket agreements.
