Introducing the New “Track” PageWe've launched a new page to make tracking your shipments and loads easier than ever! The new Track page serves as your central hub for monitoring the status of all your deliveries.This page provides the same great features you're used to in the Manage and Dispatch sections, but is specifically designed for quick and efficient tracking. You can now easily see and track the real-time status of your shipments and loads all in one place. Prior to this, users had to view loads and single shipments in two different areas of the application. |

We have transitioned from a shared view model to an individualized, user-centric approach to resolve inconsistencies in view rendering caused by conflicting backend logic. With this update, each user now has the ability to create, manage, and personalize their own custom views, ensuring a workspace that aligns precisely with individual workflows without impacting others across the organization. Please note, if your team previously relied on shared organizational views, each user will now need to recreate those views within their personal home page. This change was necessary to ensure consistent and reliable performance of custom views going forward. Looking Ahead: Shared View Functionality We are actively developing a "Share View" capability, which will empower users to selectively share custom views with colleagues, supporting collaboration while preserving user-specific configurations. Additional information and a preview of this feature will be provided in an upcoming release. |

G2M-3556: Enhance Tracking automation -Tracking enabled by BOL/Pickup number |
Enhanced Automated Shipment Tracking This update significantly enhances our application's automated tracking capabilities. Previously, tracking was limited to shipments that were awarded with a PRO number. G2Mint has now expanded this logic to initiate tracking for all awarded shipments. If a PRO number is not immediately available, the system will intelligently use secondary and tertiary reference numbers based on carrier-specific configurations to establish tracking and retrieve the PRO. By proactively tracking all awarded shipments using a wider range of reference numbers, we can reduce manual intervention, improve data accuracy, and ensure our customers and internal teams have the most up-to-date information as soon as it's available.
How It Works
This feature requires no action from users and will automatically apply to all new shipments moving forward. |

Enhanced carrier invoice EDI mapping now includes support for Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) reference numbers. For organizations utilizing our carrier invoice integration, this enables precise alignment between shipment and billing records, providing greater transparency and control throughout your financial reconciliation processes. |

This update refines how the rate drawer manages client-specific and blanket agreements. Moving forward, when a client-specific agreement is present, the rate drawer will exclusively display its associated rate, ensuring that client terms take precedence over any blanket agreement rates. |
