Analytics Enhancements

This release introduces expanded capabilities for users with access to Analytics. You can now view multiple dashboards and designate a default dashboard for quick access. This initial phase includes a basic dashboard covering various metrics centered around shipment cost and Broker Revenue by client.

Looking ahead, we are actively developing additional standardized dashboards and preparing to introduce self-service tools, enabling you to create and customize analytics tailored to your organization’s needs for enhanced visibility and control.

G2M-3824: Fix Grid Search and Sort as well as Global Search

Enhanced Search: Refined the quality and accuracy of results returned in both Global Search and Grid Search bars.

Enhanced filter functionality throughout the platform, empowering users to efficiently access and navigate their records.

  • Reliable Search: Enabled more dynamic searching through out the application. Also, fixed issues where searching for specific references (such as PRO numbers) returned no results.

  • Global Search: Enhanced the Global  Search to accurately locate shipments and financial records using BOL numbers, addresses, and other key references.
  • Functional Sorting: All columns, including Financial Dates and Statuses, now sort correctly without causing data to disappear.
  • Additional Columns centered around Remit To information added to financial grids.

G2M-3861: Shipper Client Guest Hierarchy – Visibility and Status Updates

Feature Area: Account Hierarchy, Loads, & Statements

Hierarchy Visibility: Carrier and Charge details created at the child/region level are now fully visible at parent levels (HQ and Division).

Statements: Statement visibility now follows the same strict hierarchy logic as Invoices, ensuring records are visible from the Broker level down to the specific Region, but restricted correctly based on user access.

UI Polishing: The Quick Actions dropdown now automatically closes after a selection is made.

G2M-3841: Bill Approved-Update Payable with PRO number from the Bill

Update Payable with PRO Number

Overview We have updated the Payable Record logic to ensure financial documents reflect the most accurate reference numbers immediately upon approval. This update ensures that "Bill Number" is consistently populated, using the PRO number as a reliable fallback when necessary.

Key Changes

  • Field Renaming: The generic "Number" field on the Payable Record has been renamed to "Bill Number" for better clarity.

  • Smart Mapping Logic: When a cost is approved, the system now automatically populates the "Bill Number" using the following logic:

    • If a Bill Number exists on the Bill, that number is used.

    • If no Bill Number exists, the system automatically copies the PRO number from the cost.

  • Grid Enhancement: We have added a "BOL Name" column to the Payable grid, providing easier access to Bill of Lading details directly.

 G2M-3207 Performance Enhancements

Enhanced Performance: This update introduces a two-phase rating system that calculates shipment costs and final charges separately to enhance performance and loading speed while building and rating shipments.

G2M-3680: Locations-Facility Information Default Times

Facility Times Logic—Manual Override Capability

A new enhancement now allows users to manually override default location open and close times, independent of the day of week or pre-set scheduling rules. With this update, you can configure a facility with static hours that remain consistent every day, regardless of weekday or schedule changes. This added flexibility enables delivery location times to be referenced and utilized without the need to specify an actual delivery date.

Previously, a delivery date was required to populate location times, as schedules were dynamically set based on the selected day. This approach accommodated varying hours for different days. Now, by enabling manual entry, users can standardize hours and streamline workflows where consistent facility times are needed.

How to enable this?

1. Go to your selected location within the address book or under Engage>Locations.

2. Click Edit, and update the 'Input Manually' toggle

3. Set your manual times (this has to be done to override the previously selected schedule).

4. Click Save!

Note: An additional ticket is being done around this enhancement to ensure the delivery date is not required when a shipment is created via the Shipment Upload process. This ticket will be handled in the following release.
