How to set up a Carrier to request Spot Rates
Once a Carrier account is created in our Engage section, submitting a Spot Request is simple.
There are two primary methods of adding a Carrier account. The primary differentiator is whether or not the Carrier is web services enabled (via API connection). If the Carrier is web-enabled, the preferred method to add them in to your system is by creating a Web-Service agreement. This video explains the manual entry of non-webservice Carrier.

00:14: Click the "Accounts" tab in Engage .
00:17: Click "Create New".
00:19: Select "Carrier" to specify the persona type.
00:39: Click "Next" to proceed.
00:51: Click "Next".
00:53: A minimum of one Contact must be associated to the account. Additional
00:57: contacts may be added if desired.
00:59: The first Contact created is automatically assigned as the
01:03: Default Contact.
01:05: Click "Next" to proceed.
01:18: Click "Save" to complete.
