How to upload Contacts into the Address Book
This article covers when and how to utilize the Address Book in G2Mint
Please Note: When adding accessorials to your locations during the upload process, please enter the corresponding code—not the display name—into the 'Locations Accessorials' column of the template. Refer to the table at the bottom of this article to select and use only the codes provided.
Learn how to upload existing contacts into your Address Book. As a reminder, the Adress Book is a collection of addresses that may be used by one or multiple shippers, but are not their primary locations.
1. Click "Configurations"
Navigate to the Configurations section to access your account settings.
2. Click "Address Book"
Select the Address Book option.
3. Click here
Initiate the process to upload new contacts by clicking the designated upload icon.
4. Click here
Follow the prompts to upload your contact file, ensuring it meets the required format. First, Download our Template. Enter the required fields. Upload the spreadsheet into G2Mint.
5. Click here
Review the uploaded contacts for accuracy and completeness before finalizing.
6. Click "Upload"
Initiate the upload process.
