Manage Exceptions

Create systematic ways to manage Violations and Carrier claims

Solution Overview:

Manage Exceptions offers users a comprehensive interface to oversee all created exceptions, regardless of their type. Currently, we support two main categories of exceptions: Violations and Carrier Claims. Through our Compliance Agreement, users can define specific routing rules for vendor-routed freight. Any deviations from these established rules are recorded as Violations, enabling the calculation of corresponding penalties. Additionally, Carrier Claims can be logged as exceptions, complete with relevant images and notes. Both types of exceptions can be synchronized with your ERP system, facilitating effective management of your vendor and carrier relationships.

Step by Step: 

  1. Select Manage from left Nav Bar
  2. Select Exceptions from dropdown

Note: Exceptions can also be created through Quick Actions in the Manage module and Dispatch module.

  1. Select Quick Actions from inside Manage or Dispatch module
  2. Choose the appropriate Exception (Vendor Violation, Freight Claim, Reconsignment, Recovery)
  3. Enter required information, including photo upload
  4. Once created, the Exceptions will be be stored in the Exceptions grid
