Manage Loads: Overview

The "Load" feature allows you to build a consolidated load with multiple shipments for transporting goods.

Solution Overview:

The Manage Loads feature allows users to access comprehensive details about any existing Load. This includes tracking statuses, related documents, individual orders, financial information, and more. Additionally, users have the ability to consolidate, re-rate, or edit a Load as needed.  A Load can be a combination of multiple Shipments, cover multiple Stops, and can be multiple Modes.

References: Documents available that are associated to the ENTIRE Load, or the Master.  When available, there will be a hyperlink.  If there is no hyperlink, that document does not yet exist. Individual BOL's or POD's for the individual Shipments can be found in Associated BOL's or Documents.

Est Pick-up: Estimated date based upon date in Builder.

Est Delivery: Based upon date in Builder.  If blank, then no date has been established (Status is New, Booked/Awarded, etc).

Status: Statuses include New, Rated, Planned, Assigned, Booked/Awarded, and Tendered.

Account: Primary Account Name assigned in Build.  If a Load has multiple Accounts, there will be an option to View All.  

Stops: View Stops associated with the Load.  These can be Edited through the Edit (pencil) Icon, and detailed view can be accessed by the Down arrow at the right of each Stop.

Asset Information: Includes Equipment Type, Truck/Trailer #, as well as the Seal, Chassis and Container #.  

Shipment Summary: View a summary of Shipment's associated with the Load. 

Insurance: Add Declared Value for a Load, as well as adding Additional Insurance through a Plug-In if required (Insurance Plug-In must be active to have this option)

Accessorial Summary: View a summary of Accessorials associated with the Load.
