Manage Shipments: Documents

Access comprehensive details about an existing shipment

Solution Overview:

The Manage Shipments feature allows users to access comprehensive details about an existing shipment. This includes information on related orders, quotes, tracking updates, financial records, relevant documents, and the shipment's complete history. Additionally, users have the ability to tender the shipment to a carrier, convert it into a load, or assign an exception as needed.

Manage Shipments: Documents is a hub to Upload a Document associated to a Shipment or Request a Document.  The Request can be made via email or API depending on connections.  A signed BOL would be an example of a Document to upload.

  1. In the Documents tab, select + Create New
  2. Select Request or Upload
  3. Select the document type to Upload or Request and follow prompts

View Shipment Details

  1. Select Manage from left Nav Bar
  2. Select Shipment from dropdown
  3. Select Shipment Name hyperlink
  4. Select tabs across top of screen to view desired information

Edit a Shipment

  1. Select Manage from left Nav Bar
  2. Select Shipment from dropdown
  3. Select Edit icon from the grid
  4. Make necessary edits
  5. Select Get Rates to view updated Rates

Convert an existing Shipment into a Load

  1. Select Manage from left Nav Bar
  2. Select Shipment from dropdown
  3. Select Edit icon from the grid
  4. Select Build Load
