Manage Shipments: Financial

Solution Overview:

The Manage Shipments feature allows users to access comprehensive details about an existing shipment. This includes information on related orders, quotes, tracking updates, financial records, relevant documents, and the shipment's complete history. Additionally, users have the ability to tender the shipment to a carrier, convert it into a load, or assign an exception as needed.

Manage Shipments: Financial is a Dashboard that shows Revenue, Expenses, Profit and Margin (as a percentage).  Additionally, a manual Expense or Revenue can be associated with a Shipment by selecting + Create and entering required information.

View Shipment Details

1. Select Manage from left Nav Bar
2. Select Shipment from dropdown
3. Select Shipment Name hyperlink
4. Select tabs across top of screen to view desired information

Edit a Shipment

1. Select Manage from left Nav Bar
2. Select Shipment from dropdown
3. Select Edit icon from the grid
4. Make necessary edits
5. Select Get Rates to view updated Rates

Convert an existing Shipment into a Load

1. Select Manage from left Nav Bar
2. Select Shipment from dropdown
3. Select Edit icon from the grid
4. Select Build Load
