Sample Quick Nav Views

Step 1: Set up the custom views in the appropriate grids. See table below as a guide. Exact filters and View names can be edited as you see fit

Step 2: Go to the Home Page and Build the Home Nav and set up 2 views or as many different views as you like.

View 1: Name it something like Operations:

*View Name*	*Navigation Option>Object (aka Grid or tab)>Filters Applied***
*Today's Pick Ups:*	Manage>Shipment: Filters> Req Pickup Date= Today and Status is not cancelled.
-Missed Pick Ups	Tracking>Track: Filters> Req Pickup Date is before Today and Status is not Delivered, and Status is not In Transit, Status is not Canceled, and Status is Not Delivered
-Todays Deliveries	Tracking>Track: Filters> Delivery Date is Today and Status is not Canceled
-Late Deliveries	Manage>Track: Filters> Status is not Delivered and add Req Del Date is before Today.* *Note-Estimated Delivery date will be a new column available in the next 1 or 2 releases. For now, the delivery date column is your preferred delivery date entered upon building the shipment.
-Booked/Awarded Shipments	Manage>Track: Filter> Status is Booked/Awarded
-In Transit	Manage>Track: Filter> Status is In Transit

View 2: Financial Related:

*View Name*	*Filters Applied*
-Unmatched Carrier Bills	Settle>Bill: Filters>Unmatched Carrier Bill= Status is not Matched and, Status is not Audit Complete, and Status is not Audit Review, and Status is not Canceled.
-Audit Review	Settle>Payable: Filters>: Audit Review= Status is In Review and Status is Matched
-Unpaid APs	Settle>Payable>: Filter: Unpaid APs= Status is not Paid
-Unpaid ARs	Settle>Invoice>Filter: Unpaid ARs= Status is not Paid

Create sample Home View with the following criteria.
