The Track Tab
- The Track page serves as your central hub for monitoring the status of all your deliveries. This page is specifically designed for quick and efficient tracking. You can see and track the real-time status of your shipments and loads all in one place.
Shipment Overview
- From the Manage Shipments Grid, select the Shipment Name hyperlink
- Select Tracking Events from the top navigation bar
- API Tracking events are automatically updated every 2-4 hours.
- To request immediate tracking event, select + Status.
